Agnes M. (Mahony) Dauphinais

DAUPHINAIS, AGNES M. (Mahony) of Norwood passed away on November 26, 2018 at the age of 78. Daughter of the late Thomas U. and Ruth F. (Massey) Mahony. Loving sister of Jane Gulla and her late husband Anthony Gulla of Walpole, Elizabeth A. Tomm and her husband Frederick of E. Walpole and the late Robert Mahony. Agnes was born in Norwood and was a Norwood High School Graduate and then went on to Graduate from Bridgewater State College receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching. She was a longtime teacher in the Walpole School System before her retirement. Agnes was a member of the Walpole Country Club and achieved 4 holes in one during her years golfing at the club. She was also a Historian and member of the Women's Massachusetts Golf Assoc. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Friday Nov. 30, 2018 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at 10am at St. Mary's Church E. Walpole, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 from 5-7pm. Burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF 26 Broadway, 14th Floor New York, NY 10004.
