Alfreda A. (Statkiewicz) Grosso

GROSSO, ALFREDA A. (Statkiewicz) a lifelong resident of Norwood passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Anthony H. Grosso. Devoted mother of Marie A. Grosso of Norwood and Frank A. Grosso and his wife Barbara of Norwood. Sister of the late Henry, Lenny and Eddie Statkiewicz. Cherished grandmother of Kyle J. Grosso. Daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette Statkiewicz. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Alfreda worked for Bird and Son's in E. Walpole, Liberty Mutual in Boston and lastly at Polaroid Corp in Norwood before her retirement. She loved Christmas especially displaying ornaments and other Christmas memorabilia. She also loved gardening and working around her yard. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 19, 2022 from 10am-11am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 11am followed by a burial at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
