Antonio R. Barreira

BARREIRA, ANTONIO R. of Norwood passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Piedade D. Barreira. Devoted father of Anthony D. Barreira and his wife Kelly of Foxboro. Cherished grandfather of Anthony, Dylan, Cameron and Brooke. Son of the late Manuel Rodrigues Barreira and Ema Ferreira Rodrigues. Brother of the late Manuel, Joao and Maria and survived by many nieces and nephews. Antonio was a member of the Norwood Portuguese Club and was a passionate fan of soccer, always supporting his son and grandkids on the sidelines. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Saturday July 23, 2022 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
