Antonio B. Gomes

GOMES, ANTONIO B. of Norwood passed away suddenly on February 4, 2022 at the age of 40. Beloved son of the late Armando and Rosalina A. (Bastos) Gomes. Devoted father of Jayda A. Gomes of Norwood. Longtime companion of Jessica Lannan of Norwood. Loving brother of Jose M. Gomes and his wife Lauren of NH and Mario B. Gomes of Walpole. Cherished uncle of Lucas and Elias. The family would like to thank Henry Cerqueira and Family for all their help over many years. Also the family would like to thank all their family and friends in Portugal for supporting and helping them over many years. Tony could fix anything, and that is how he spent his days; always in service to others. He exhibited immense generosity, kindness, and truly had a heart of gold. He was a great teacher and he taught so many with his knowledge and time. He very talented by just looking at something and patiently repairing anything that needed fixing. He wanted to help anyone that he could, thinking he would make the world a better place. He will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Thursday February 10, 2022 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery.
