DAY, BRIDGET T. (McDonough) of Norwood, formerly of Ireland passed away on Saturday September 11th, 2021 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of 43 years to John Day, mother of Sean Day and his wife Caitlin of Kingston MA, and daughter Courtney Matheson and her husband Kevin of Billerica MA. Daughter of late John and Katherine (Kitty) McDonough. Sister of late John McDonough and wife Eileen of Norwood, Mary Caulfield and late husband Patrick of Norwood, Thomas McDonough and wife Margaret of Wales, late Margaret Palasek and husband Ron of Billerica, Sheila Walsh and husband Michael of Norwood, Patrick McDonough and wife Paula of Norwood, Cathy Molloy and husband Patrick of Ireland, Noreen Walsh and husband Vincent of Ireland, Michael McDonough and his partner Sara of Ireland. Sister in law to Mary Ellen Day of Milton and late William Day. Loving Grammy to Gwendolyn. Beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Bridget retired from Faxon / EBSCO and enjoyed golfing and spending time with her family. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church 547 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. Burial will be private. Arrangements by the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, Norwood, MA.
