Cecelia (Dolan) Hammel

Cecelia (Dolan) Hammel, of Dedham, passed away on July 5, 2020. She was 92 years old.

Cecelia was the dear and devoted wife of the late John J. Hammel Sr. Loving mother of John J. Hammel Jr. and his wife Debra of Weymouth, Rose Marie Hammel of Dedham, Patricia Doyle and her husband William of Boca Raton, FL and Sandra Watson and her husband Mansfield of Foxborough. Cherished grandmother, "Nana" of John J. Hammel IV, Ryan Hammel, Glenn Hammel, William Doyle III, and Jessica Doyle. Beloved great grandmother of Brianna. Dear sister of the late Daniel Dolan, Rose Marie Johnson and Marion Dolan. Beloved best friend of her chihuahua, Bella. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in Canada. The family would like to thank Herta, Blandine, Elisa, Doreen Joan and Julie Anne for the loving care they gave to Cecelia.
Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., Norwood on July 10, 2020. Visiting hour will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church Dedham. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.

Cecelia will be laid to rest with her beloved John at Brookdale Cemetery in Dedham.
