Charles F. Reichert

REICHERT, CHARLES F. of Norwood passed away on February 2, 2019 at the age of 95. Beloved husband of Florence A. (Venis) Reichert. Devoted father of Janice O'Malley and her husband Jim of NC, Judith Fiatarone of Millis, Steven Reichert of Norwood, J. Scott Reichert of N. Attleboro and Joanne Woolfall and her husband Jim of Nashua, NH. Brother of James Reichert of NY and the late Virginia Herbst. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Frederick and Loretta (Bishop) Reichert. Charles was a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and then went on to receive a bachelor's degree at Worcester Poly Technical Institute. He was also a WWII US Army Veteran and received a Purple Heart and Bronze Star during the War. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 10am-12noon at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 12noon with the US Army to present Honors after the service.
