Chester I. Redmond Jr.

REDMOND, CHESTER IRVING Jr. of E. Walpole passed away on Nov. 21, 2016 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Sheila M. (O'Sullivan) Redmond. Devoted father of Donna M. Sneider and her husband Rich, Thomas J. Redmond and James M. Redmond all of E. Walpole. Brother of the Late Muriel O'Reily and his late twin brother Lester Redmond. Cherished grandfather of Rich Sneider, Caroline Sneider and Brayden Aguilar-Redmond. Chester was a retired Civil Engineer for the State of Mass and a member of MOSES, Mass Society of Civil Engineers. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA, Saturday Nov. 26, 2016 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at 10am in St. Mary's Church E. Walpole, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Friday Nov. 25, 2016 3-7pm. A graveside service will be held on Monday Nov. 28, 2016 10:30am at the Mass National Cemetery Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Elizabeth Mary Clare Schickel Scholarship c/o Montrose School, 29 North St., Medfield, MA 02052. Korean War US Air Force Veteran.
