Christopher P. Parker, age 34, of Weymouth and formerly of Walpole and Dedham, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Thursday, August 4, 2026, at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.

Born in Boston, Chris was the beloved eldest son of Kathleen (Keaney) Parker and the late Lawrence Parker. Raised in Walpole, he attended Walpole High School, where he was a proud member of the Walpole Rebels football team. Chris cherished the opportunity to be part of the 2009 team that captured a Super Bowl championship, an accomplishment he remembered with great pride throughout his life.

After high school, Chris built a career in the construction industry, Most recently, he was employed as a concrete finisher with Boston Plasterers and Cement Masons Local 534. Chris took immense pride in his work and valued the strong sense of brotherhood he found within his union. He often enjoyed driving through Boston and admiring the buildings, streetscapes, and structures he had helped create with his own hands.

 Outside of work, Chris found joy and peace on the water. He loved fishing, boating, and spending time at the beach, where he could relax and recharge. Above all else, Chris treasured being a father. His greatest happiness came from spending time with his son, creating lifelong memories, and surrounding himself with family and friends whom he loved deeply.

 Chris is survived by his loving mother, Kathleen (Keaney) Parker; his brother, TJ (Tyler) Parker; his cherished and adored son, James (Bubba) Lawrence Parker; his uncles and aunts, Frank (Jean) Keaney, Richard (Karen) Keaney, Joe (Barbara) Keaney, Paul (Mo) Keaney, Richard (Jill) McComb, and Thomas (Sue) McComb; as well as many beloved cousins, extended family members, and friends. In addition to his father, Lawrence Parker, Chris was predeceased by his grandparents, Frank and Fonnie Keaney, and Ginger McComb.

Visiting Hours will be held on WEDNESDAY, August 12, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington Street, Norwood.

A Funeral Service will take place at the conclusion of the visitation at 6:30 PM in the funeral home.

Chris will be laid to rest privately.
