Concetta "Connie" (Michienzi) Fraone

FRAONE, CONCETTA "Connie" (Michienzi) of Norwood since 1970 formerly of Filadelfia, Italy passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Fraone. Devoted mother of Giovanni "John" T. Fraone and his wife Effie of Mansfield and Giuditta Monterosso and her husband Francesco of Norwood. Sister of Giuseppe "Peppino" Michienzi of Filadelfia, Italy, Caterina Galati of Italy, Giovanna Pellegrino of Italy and the late Antonio and Francesco Michienzi. Cherished grandmother of Veronica Monterosso, James Monterosso and Marco Fraone. Daughter of the late Tommaso and Marianna Michienzi. Concetta was a longtime employee of Polaroid Corporation. She spent most of her life taking care of her family and grandkids and also enjoyed cooking meals for the family, baking cookies, and traveling. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 10 am followed by a funeral mass at 11 am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 4-8 pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
