DAFONTE, CUSTODIA P. (Rocha) of Norwood passed away on January 14, 2017 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Manuel P. Dafonte. Devoted mother of Rosa R. Dafonte of Norwood, Antonio R. Dafonte of Norwood, Manuel R. Dafonte and his wife Sylvia of Norwood, Silvestre R. Dafonte and his wife Patricia of Foxboro and the late Maria R. DaSilva. Mother in Law of Antonio V. DaSilva of Sharon. Cherished grandmother of  Dino F. DaSilva, Lila D. Dias, Elena M. Dafonte, Olivia A. Dafonte and Julia P. Dafonte.  Great grandmother of Brian D. Dias, Alex D. Dias and Emily A. DaSilva. Daughter of the late Joao and Custodia D. (Maruja) Rocha. Also survived by 3 late brothers and 1 late sister. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Wednesday January 18, 2017 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at 10am in St. Timothy's Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday January 17, 2017 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood.
