Daniel Francis Gallagher Iii

GALLAGHER, DANIEL Francis III of Norwood formerly of Randolph passed away on December 13, 2017 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen M. (Burke) Gallagher. Loving son of Mary Frances (Harvey) Gallagher of Randolph and the late Daniel F. Gallagher. Brother of Bob Gallagher of Dorchester and Susan Gallagher of Weymouth. Daniel was an avid Hunter. He loved sports especially Ice Hockey. He was known as being a graceful skater and he made the varsity hockey team at Northeastern University as a freshman. He also went on to play AAA hockey in Canada. Daniel was very patriotic and was a Vietnam US Army Veteran. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church 547 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. At the request of the family visiting hours will be omitted.
