ALLEN, Deborah A. "Debi" Of Mansfield formerly of Norwood passed away on Jan. 19, 2016 at the age of 44. Beloved daughter of Helena T. (Regan) Allen of Norwood and the late Russell G. "Russ" Allen. Loving and little sister who will be greatly missed of William "Bill" Allen and his wife Carrie of Marlton, NJ. Cherished aunt of Kimmie and Chris Allen who loved her very much and also shares her passion as huge New England Patriots Fans. Debi was a 1989 graduate of Norwood High School and was a former Dental Asst. for Dr. Stone. While her life was too short, she lived life to its fullest all the while battling Multiple Sclerosis. She competed in the Miss Massachusetts pageant and has a chapter written about her in a book called "When the Road Turns". She also made an appearance on the Montel Williams show to discuss her battle with MS. Debi donated most of her time working and volunteering with the MS Society, food pantries and animal shelters. She is now with her father who passed away 2 months ago who she missed terribly. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington Norwood Friday Jan. 22, 2016 at 8:30am followed by a funeral mass at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Friday morning only from 8:30am-10:30am. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood.
