Debra "Debby" A. Nordblom

NORDBLOM, DEBRA of Norwood passed away after a short illness with her family by her side on January 22, 2025 at the age of 64. Beloved mother of Tracy Nordblom of Norwood. Daughter of Dorothy M. (Konet) Kempainen and her husband Eric Kempainen of Norwood and the late James Nordblom Sr. Sister of Linda Tuscher of Hull, Patricia Nordblom of Attleboro, Donna McAllister of Woburn, Karen Jacobs of Marlboro and the late James Nordblom Jr. of Westwood. Debra, also known as Debby, graduated from Norwood High School. She went on to work at various variety stores. She loved the outdoors, and had a great love for Horses, Dogs, and a variety of other animals. She was well noted for her “Green Thumb” able to grow anything. Her cooking skills on a charcoal grill were outstanding. Family and close friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday January 29, 2025, from 10am-12noon at the Kraw Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 12noon followed by a private burial at the New Westwood Cemetery High St. Westwood, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory, to the Neponset Valley Humane Society, P.O. Box 544, Norwood, MA 02062.
