Dennis J. Allen

ALLEN, DENNIS J. of Norwood passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on June 22, 2022 at the age of 67. Beloved son of Pauline Allen of Norwood and the late John L. Allen. Dennis was the special brother of his devoted sisters, Susan DeVeuve and her late husband Gregg of Hanson, Paula Towne and her late husband Craig of Norwood, Lisa Rockett and her late husband Andrew of Duxbury and the late David Allen. Cherished uncle of Nicole Towne, Daniel Towne, Michael DeVeuve, Abigail DeVeuve, Ryan Rockett and Sarah Rockett. Great uncle of Brett and Emmett Ewart. The family would especially like it to be known how happy and wonderfully cared for he has been by his "Second Family" at his Cowell St. Plainville home a lifeworks group home. Also Dennis enjoyed working at Lifeworks in Norwood and attending his "Dayhab" program at Lifeworks in Westwood with his extended family and friends there. He was a smiling, social big hearted, well-loved guy. The family was so blessed to have had him in their lives. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 form 8:30am-10:00am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 10:30am at St. Timothy's Church Norwood, MA. Burial will be at Vine Lake Cemetery, Medfield, MA.
