DeSANTIS, DONALD William of Norwood passed away on September 6, 2017 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Kathleen "Kay" (Hill) DeSantis. Devoted father of Michael W. DeSantis of Norwood, Paul F. DeSantis and his wife Joan of Bernardstone, Stephen R. DeSantis and his wife Anna of Walpole and Karen E. Healy and her husband David of Mansfield. Cherished grandfather of Joseph, Lauren, Keith, Alissa, Kristen, Stephanie, Michael, Stephen, Kathryan, Elizabeth and Jennifer. Great grandfather of Sophia. Brother of the late Robert, Roy and Ileana. Donald was one of the original members of the Boston Sea Rovers and was honored last year as Diver of the Year 2017. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Saturday Sept. 9, 2017 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at 10am in St. Denis Church Westwood, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Friday Sept. 8, 2017 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood with USMC Military Honors. WWII and Korean War, United States Marine Corps Veteran.
