Edward Agard Higgott

HIGGOTT, EDWARD Agard of Norwood, formerly of Reading, passed away suddenly on November 24, 2023 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Rosemary E. (Jefferson) Higgott. Devoted father of William O. Higgott of Fort Myers, FL and Sara J. Higgott and her boyfriend Alexander Walsh of Salem, NH. Brother of Thomas Higgott and his wife Jaynee of Fort Myers, FL, Katherine Higgott of Wakefield, MA, William Higgott and his wife Lena of Margate, FL, and Ann Higgott of Reading, MA. Grandfather of August, Canyon, and Reese Hyter and their mother Katelyn Hyter of Fredericksburg, VA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Son of Henry A. and Eleanor M. (Kittell) Higgott. Edward was a current member of the North Star Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps and former member of the Wilmington Swordsmen, Wilmington Crusaders, Bridgemen Drum and Bugle Corps, Bridgemen Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps and the Crusaders Senior Drum and Bugle Corps. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 4-7 pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington Street, Norwood, MA 02062. All other services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the North Star Drum and Bugle Corps, 1002 Foxwood Circle, Peabody, MA 01960.
