Edward "Eddie" R. Poirier

POIRIER, EDWARD "Eddie" R. of Norwood passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Kathleen "Kay" E. (Kane) Poirier. Devoted father of Christopher Poirier and his wife Mary of FL, Daniel Poirier of Taunton and Stephen Poirier of PA. Stepfather of Jimmy Homer of Walpole, Edward Homer of Medfield, Kathleen Fournier of Franklin, John Homer of NY and the late Dawn O'Toole and Ellen Homer. Brother of Peter Poirier and his wife Irene of Norwood and the late Michael F. Poirier. Son of the late Henri and Dagmar (Elkholm) Poirier. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Eddie was a former member of the Norwood Elks. He was also a United States Air Force Veteran. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington Street, Norwood, MA 02062.
