Eleanor J. (Bunney) Aitken

AITKEN, ELEANOR J. (Bunney) of Norwood passed away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Alexander Aitken. Devoted Mother of James R. Aitken and his significant other Anne Adam of Shrewsbury, Priscilla Liberty and her husband Michael of Norwood, Jeanne M. Hanlon of North Attleboro, Susan E. Walsh and her husband Gerard of North Attleboro and William J. Aitken and his wife Caroline of Dedham. Sister of Elizabeth Mahoney of Norwood and the late Doris Bunney and Jane Moore. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late James and Doris (Perkins) Bunney. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ellie was a 1954 graduate of Norwood High School. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday September 3, 2024 from 9-11am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held on Tuesday September 3, 2024 11am followed by a burial at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
