Elizabeth S. (Ruscio) Mainones

MAINONES, ELIZABETH S. (Ruscio) a lifelong resident of Norwood passed away on February 27,2021 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Steven A. Mainones. Devoted Mother of Steven R. Mainones and his wife Rosemarie of Norwood and Robert S. Mainones and his wife Diane of South Carolina. Daughter of the late Domenic and Stella (Precopio) Ruscio. Sister of the late Andrew Ruscio, Frank Ruscio, Rose M. Lewis, Catherine Magnone and Marie Connolly. Cherished grandmother and great grandmother. Cherished Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth worked for many years in the Meat department at Norwood "Star Market" grocery store. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and baking treats for her family and friends. Elizabeth will be greatly missed, but her warmth, kind heart, gentle spirit and friendly smile will be remembered forever. The family would like to acknowledge the kindness and care that she received from the entire staff at the Victoria Haven Nursing Center, where she resided for past 2 years.
