Florence T. (Sullivan) Twomey

TWOMEY, FLORENCE T. (Sullivan) of Norwood formerly of Chelsea and Revere passed away on November 19, 2022 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Matthew J. Twomey Sr. Devoted mother of Daniel J. Twomey and his wife Ginny of Norwood, Michael G. Twomey and his wife Lynne of Marshfield, Matthew J. Twomey Jr. and his wife Debbie of Norwood, Lynne E. Dixon and her husband Mark of Wrentham and the late Mary S. Marshall and her late Husband Richard. Sister of Edna McCauley of Melrose and the late Claire McKenna, Carol Mendez, Ellen Thornton, Margaret Nickerson, Elizabeth Petony, Leonard Sullivan, Raymond Sullivan, Larry Sullivan, John Sullivan, Edward Sullivan, William Sullivan, Leo Sullivan, James Sullivan and Martin Sullivan. Cherished grandmother of Mark, Kevin, Lee, Jenna, Jonathan, Patrick, and Jeffrey. Adoring Gigi of Daniel, Allison and Shea. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Florence was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Revere and was an active member at the Norwood Senior Center. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Church 133 Beach St. Revere, MA 02151 followed by a burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Florence's name to the Norwood Senior Center, 275 Prospect St. Norwood, MA 02062.
