Gary Michael Lee

LEE, GARY Michael of Norwood passed away suddenly on April 30, 2023 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Marguerite (Ladas) Lee. Devoted father of Katherine E. Lee, Patricia M. Lee, and Mary E. Lee of Norwood and Marguerite S. Lee of South Boston. Brother of Elizabeth Marsh of Norwood, Nancy Sceery of RI and the late Robert E. Lee and Jacqueline Vitale. Son of the late Robert E. and Marie E. (Mackin) Lee. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Gary was a 1973 graduate of Norwood High School. After high school Gary graduated from Lowell University and then New England School of Law where he met his wife Marguerite. He had a varied career working as a sales engineer, attorney, and real estate broker. In addition to his own law office and real estate firm he served many years as an elected member of the Town of Norwood's Board of Selectmen. Regardless of his role, he gained the greatest satisfaction in getting to know and helping people. He was also a Mason in Westwood's Orient Lodge. In his spare time, Gary enjoyed hiking with his family, being on the water, following politics and reading. Of course, the greatest forces in Gary's life were his devotion to God and his Catholic faith and the love he had for his family. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2-6pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. Funeral from the funeral home Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10am followed mass at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
