DOBIJA, GERALDINE A. (Moran) of Norwood passed away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Robert J. Dobija. Devoted mother of Kathleen Beckwith and her husband Leslie of Wolfeboro, NH, John Dobija and his husband Jack McCauley of Boston, Karen DiMattia and her husband Paul of Naples, FL and Suzanne Chambers and her husband David of Bristol, RI. Sister of James Moran of Valrico, FL, Frank Moran of Bridgewater, MA, and the late Mary Granger. Cherished grandmother of Christine, Lisa, Joshua, Jason, Serena, Jonathan, Thomas and Kevin. Great grandmother of Henry, Siena, Victoria and Luca. Special Aunt of Michael Granger of NH. Daughter of the late James and Mary (Bradley) Moran. Gerry worked a variety of jobs including as a Registered Nurse in a busy OB/GYN office. She was extremely social and enjoyed bowling, Mahjong, Bingo, fishing, playing cards and board games. She cherished summers with her family at their Marshfield cottage. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 1-4pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington Street Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held on Saturday 4pm. Burial will be private.
