Giuseppina (Santoro) Guccione

GUCCIONE, GIUSEPPINA (Santoro) of Norwood passed away on February 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Gaetano M. Guccione. Devoted mother of Elisa G. Guccione and her partner Guido Verde of Italy, Grace M. Patane and her husband Sebastian Giovanni Patane of Norwood and the late Daniela Guccione and her surviving husband Sameh H. Abou-Ateih of Walpole. Sister of Salvatore Santoro of Italy and the late Giacomina, Antonio, Vincenzo and Grazia. Cherished grandmother of Peter Ledda, Denae Monaco and her husband Anthony and Samir Abou-Ateih. Daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Longo) Santoro. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Giuseppina was a member of the Watertown Son’s of Italy and the Sicilian Association of Greater Boston. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 4-8pm at the Kraw Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 10am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Please meet at the church on Saturday not the Funeral Home. Following the funeral mass the burial will be at Blue Hill’s Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
