James V. Mitchell

MITCHELL, JAMES V. of Canton formerly of Norwood passed away on July 29, 2017 at the age of 58. Beloved son of Brenda Lee (Britt) Mitchell of Canton and the late Dominic J. Mitchell. Devoted father of Selina A. Mitchell of Canton and David A. Mitchell of Denver, CO. Brother of Timothy R. Mitchell and his wife Cheryl of Cary, NC and Paula Ann Dau of Carver,MA. Cherished grandfather of Dandre, Ariyan, Gianna and Ryder James. James was a 1978 graduate of Norwood High School. He was an avid sports fan for the Patriots and Red Sox. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 2, 2017 10am at the Trinity Community Church 234 Walpole Street Norwood, MA 02062. At the request of the family all other services will be private.
