Jean T. Kane

KANE, Jean T. Of Manchester, NH formerly of Norwood, passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2021 at the age of 60. Daughter of Janet B. (Breen) and the late Harold J. Kane Jr. Loving sister of Brenda M. Trovato and her husband Michael of Hyannis and Ellen B. Walsh and her husband Mark of Norwood. Devoted Aunt of Ryan Walsh and his wife Sadie of N. Oxford, Matthew Walsh and his wife Jayme of Milford and Luke Walsh of Mashpee. Great Aunt of Cameron Walsh.
Jean was so loved by her family and many, many friends. She was an avid gardener, amazing cook and the best hostess ever. She enjoyed kayaking adventures and travel.
Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Thursday August 12, 2021 at 10 am followed by a funeral mass at 11 am at St Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 4-8pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jean's name to support adaptive kayaking programs for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
