John J. Kelter

KELTER, JOHN J. of Norwood passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Deanna D. (Bruneau) Kelter. Devoted father of David J. Kelter of Norwood, Patti-Jean Carchedi and her husband Michael of Mansfield, Paula-Jo Carchedi and her husband Robert of Mansfield, Jennifer A. Cotter and her husband Michael of Norwood and Corey D. Kelter of Norwood. Brother of Robert Kelter of MD, Richard Kelter of Plainville, Noreen Boze of ME, Ronda Kelter of TX, Deborah Kelter of Attleboro, Patricia Kelter of Attleboro and the late Margaret D'Espinosa and George Kelter. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Michael, Brian, Jaclyn, John and Daniel. Son of the late George H. and Margaret (Buckley) Kelter. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. John was a 1953 graduate of Norwood High School and was also a longtime member of the Norwood Knights of Columbus. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Old Colony Hospice 321 Manley St, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
