McDONAGH, JOHN of Norwood passed away on May 29, 2017 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of the late Nora (Conneely) McDonagh. Devoted father of Barbra M. Blair and her husband Nathaniel of W. Roxbury, Patricia O'Connor and her husband Richard of Foxboro, John McDonagh and his wife Carla of Franklin and Timothy McDonagh and his wife Brittany of Norfolk. Loving Brother of Theresa Finnegan of Braintree, Thomas McDonagh of Ireland, Mary McQuaid of W. Roxbury, Frank McDonagh of Ireland, Catherine Guthrie of York, Maine and the late Patrick, Tony and Barbara McDonagh. Cherished Papa of 8 grandchildren. Son of the late Michael and Nora (Regan) McDonagh. Companion of Robin Treannie of Franklin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. John was a member of the Norwood KofC and also an active communicant at St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. He was a long time employee for the Town of Norwood and was very active in many Norwood events. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Friday June 2, 2017 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Norwood Circle of Hope Foundation  P.O. Box 421 Norwood, MA 02062.
