John S. Miller, 68, of Walpole, passed away on June 1, 2024 after a courageous three year battle with cancer.
He loved the beach, classic cars, music, animals, vacations, and Colorado mountain air. Most of all he loved his wife Kellie and their daughter Shaunna. He will be remembered best for never pulling any punches, his sense of humor, and seemingly endless knowledge of history. He would drop everything to help a friend in need. John was a proud member of the North Walpole Fish and Game Club. He was also a member of the Norwood Elks. Despite all the competition, he was the best dad in the world.
John is survived by Kellie and Shaunna; his brother, Matthew Miller and his wife Rose of Sturbridge; his godsons, many nephews, nieces, and great-nephews; his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law; more beloved relatives and friends; and of course his brave and unwavering four-legged pal, Smokey.
A Celebration of John’s Life will be held Wednesday June 5 at 10:00 AM in the Kraw Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington Street, Norwood. Burial will be private.
