John "Jack" R. Malacaria Jr.

MALACARIA, JOHN R. Jr. “Jack” of Norwood passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Nancy ES (Ferdinand) Malacaria. Devoted father of Amy C. Severson and her husband Kyle of MN, Jessica S. Young of FL, Anthony J. Malacaria and his long time companion Melissa of KY, April A. Chaisson and her husband Steve of Wrentham, David M. Malacaria and his long time Fiancée Annie of TN and Joshua R. Malacaria of Norwood. Brother of Julie Doane of ME. Cherished grandfather of 20 grandchildren. Son of the late John and Dorothy (Porro) Malacaria. Also survived by many close friends. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Norwood Animal Shelter, Town of Norwood P.O. Box 40, Norwood, MA. 02062.
