John L. Richardson

RICHARDSON, Rev. JOHN L. of Southern Pines, NC formerly of Norwood passed away on March 31, 2021 at the age of 93. Beloved son of the late Leslie J. and Margaret I (Foley) Richardson. Loving brother of the late Ann M. Porazzo and her late husband Michael and the late Constance M. Curran and her late husband Peter. Also survived by his extended family Alex (Hung) Tran, Chung Tran and many nieces and nephews. Rev. John was a 50 year member of the United States Power Squadron and a charter member of the Shallotte River Power Squadron. He was an avid sports fan especially loved the Red Sox. Visiting hour will be held on Saturday morning April 17, 2021, 9:30am-10:30am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. The funeral mass may be viewed by going to view mass live at www.stcatherinenorwood.org Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to a Catholic Charity of your choice.
