Joseph O. Adebayo

Dr. JOSEPH O. ADEBAYO of Medfield passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 67. He was born in Lagos Nigeria on April 18, 1957. He was the first son of the late Pascal T. and Lucia A. (Olabanji) Adebayo. Dr. Adebayo earned his PhD in Computer Science and served as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly the University of Ife) in Ile-Ife, Nigeria during his early career. He is survived by his children: Olufunmilayo Ayobami and her husband Olawale of Hopedale, Olubukola Adebayo of Berkeley, CA, Ifeoluwa Adebayo of New York, NY and Olaoluwa Adebayo of West Hartford, CT, his sister: Funmilayo Atunbi of Nigeria, and his grandchildren: Dara and Timi. Funeral from the Kraw Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St, Norwood MA Monday November 25, 2024 at 10:30am followed by a funeral home service at 11am. Burial will follow the funeral home service at Vine Lake Cemetery, Medfield, MA.
