Katheryne P. (Stinnett) Howard

HOWARD, KATHERYNE P. (Stinnett) of Norwood formerly of Franklin passed away peacefully on April 30, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Halem Howard. Devoted mother of Halem J. Howard of Franklin, Grady J. Howard and his wife Julie of Idaho and Felicia H. Bleakney and her husband Marty of Wisconsin. Sister of Conley B. Stinnett of NC and the late Johnnie Tipton, Grady Stinnett and Charles Stinnett. Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 1 late grandson John and 5 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late John G. and Josie Mae (Barker) Stinnett. Katheryne was a longtime member of St. George Orthodox Church Choir and Ladies Society in Norwood. She was a Hairdresser for many years winning all kind of awards for her different hair styling techniques. Katheryne was a women of grace and beauty who's smile would light up any room she entered. She loved hosting parties, always having family and friends over and making all of her incredible dishes that everyone loved. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood Monday, May 6, 2019 at 9am followed by a funeral service at 10am at St. George Orthodox Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 2-6pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood.
