Lauren Jean (Barone) Destito

DESTITO, LAUREN Jean (Barone) of Plainville formerly of Framingham passed away suddenly on December 11, 2021 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Nicholas G. Destito. Devoted mother of Nicholas J. Destito and his fiancée Sarah MacCallum of Plainville and Michael A. Destito of Plainville. Sister of John D. Barone and his wife Karen of NC, Michael P. Barone and his wife Nicole of Holliston and Pamela J. Phillips of Holliston. Cherished grandmother of Olivia J. Destito. Daughter of the late John A. and Dorothy A. (Chaisson) Barone. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Violet. Lauren graduated from Marian High School in Framingham, Class of 1979 and then went on to graduate from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing. Lauren enjoyed camping with her husband Nick, time spent by the ocean, music and singing it loudly, but most of all cherishing time with friends and family, above all the love of her life Nick. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church 547 Washington Street Norwood, MA 02062. Burial will follow at Shepardville Cemetery Rt. 152 Taunton, St., Plainville, MA 02762.
