Lena "Lee" M. (Sciarappa) Curtin

CURTIN, Lena "Lee" age 81, Passed away peacefully at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on August 16, 2022 after a lengthy illness.
Lena "Lee" Marie Sciarappa was born on November 25, 1940 in Boston. She was the second of two children born to Domenic and Winifred Sciarappa. She attended Saint Patrick High School in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Lee resided in Roxbury, West Roxbury, Revere and Norwood. She worked many years for Price Waterhouse Coopers in their payroll department. Lee also worked as an office manager at Robbins Beef Company before retiring after many years of service.
Lee was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Carmella Watkins of Santa Barbara, California, former husband Patrick Curtin, and daughter-in-law Marcia Curtin. Survived by her son Patrick Curtin of Bridgewater, MA, her daughters Lisa Kennedy Phippard of Grafton, MA, Cathleen Quade and her husband Dr. Bradley Quade of Norwood, and Mary Beth Zuccaro and her husband Richard Zuccaro of Saugus. She is also survived by her six grandchildren: Jean Harnish, William and Winifred Kennedy, Domenic Quade, Richard and Kyle Zuccaro, and her nieces Geraldine Visco and Winifred Richards.
Lee enjoyed her retirement in Norwood, was a great fan of the local restaurant scene, and after the pandemic, enjoyed making new friends at the Julia Ruth House Adult Day Social Center in Westwood where she received phenomenal care for her progressive Alzheimer's Dementia.
Services at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, Norwood will be private and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association 309 Waverley Oaks Rd. Waltham, MA 02452
