M. Barbara (Mitchell) Hynes

HYNES, M. BARBARA (Mitchell) of Norwood passed away on July 20, 2016 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Edward T. Hynes. Devoted mother of Edward M. Hynes of Walpole, Margaret "Peg" Hynes of Norwood and the late Mary E. Nellis and her husband Thomas W. and the late Virginia Hynes. Sister of the late Edward, William and Margaret Mitchell. Cherished grandmother of Marissa Dwinnells, Thomas E. Nellis, Sean M. Nellis and Patrick J. Nellis. M. Barbara was a graduate of Emmauel College. She was a retired 3rd grade School Teacher in Quincy Ma and then went on to be a LPN in the Cancer Unit at New England Sinai Hospital. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA Monday July 25, 2016 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at 10am in St. Timothy's Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday July 24, 2016 from 2-5pm. Burial will be at Knollwood Memorial Park Canton, MA.
