Margaret "Marge" M. (Daly) Baldwin

Margaret M. (Daly) Baldwin, of Norwood, passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, at Boston Medical Center at the age of 98. She was born and raised by Cornelius and Hannah (McSweeney) Daly alongside her four siblings. As a young woman, Margaret - known affectionately as Marge - moved to the Boston area along with her three sisters for work, where each would eventually meet their future husbands. It was there that Marge met the love of her life, Raymond. Together they built a life centered on family, and she devoted herself fully to her role as a homemaker and mother. Marge was an accomplished and talented seamstress and a wonderful baker. Everyone raved about her famous zucchini bread. She enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, and planting beautiful flowers. She looked forward to going dancing with her husband every Friday night, a tradition they cherished for many years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who always made everyone feel welcome. Marge had a gift for listening and a way of making people feel truly seen and special. We were blessed to have her with us for as long as we did. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Raymond J., whom she was married to for 65 years. She was predeceased by her sisters Bridie Concannon, Eileen Morahan, Anne Donovan, and brother Matthew Daly. Loving mother of Raymond Baldwin and wife Kathi (Newman) of Cotuit, Patricia Baldwin of Sandwich, Joan Richards and her husband John of Foxboro, and Brian Baldwin and his wife Robyn (Johnson) of No. Attleboro. She had 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held, Friday, January 9, 2026, from 9:30am-11:30am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., Norwood. A funeral home service will be held following the visitation on Friday at 11:30am. Burial will be at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, MA.
