Margaret P. (Devine) Gordon

GORDON, MARGARET P. (Devine) of Norwood passed away on February 2, 2016 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Francis X. Gordon. Loving Aunt of Annmarie Martin of Whitman, Maureen Fountain of WA, William McLaughlin of Lakeville, Sallyann Souza of Marshfield, Maggie Twombley of NH and Kathleen Mandala of WA. Sister of the late Mary Devine, Theresa Clough, Sally McLaughlin and Anne McLaughlin. Daughter of the late Coleman and Margaret (Curran) Devine. Also survived by many great nieces and great nephews. Margaret was a graduate of Norwood High School. She was a former member of the Norwood Emblem Club, volunteered at the Norfolk Prison and was a retired Secretary for Sansone's Motors in Norwood, MA. Margaret resided at the Kindred of Braintree for the last 6 years and was known there for her favorite saying "I'll pray for you". Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood Friday Feb. 5, 2016 at 8am followed by a funeral mass at 9am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday Feb. 4, 2016 from 4-7pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Kindred of Braintree Activities Center 1102 Washington St. Braintree, MA. 02184.
