Margaret "Peg" E. (Duggan) Hart

HART, MARGARET "Peg" E. (Duggan) of Sagamore Beach formerly of Norwood passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Arthur J. Hart. Peg grew up in the Port Schuyler section of Watervliet NY. She was a Norwood town meeting member for over 20 years, a member of the Norwood Housing Authority and served 8 years as director of the Norwood Pop Warner football and was elected a Mother of the year. Peg was a member of St Timothy's building and bingo committees. She was always a hard worker with a beautiful smile and she easily made many friends. She loved working in her flower garden and also enjoyed landscaping her homes. Devoted mother of Theresa M. Memmo and her husband Gerry of Sagamore Beach, Stephen A. Hart of Wrentham and Millinocket lake, ME, Brian P. Hart of Needham Heights and the late Michael J. Hart. Sister of James Duggan and his wife Darlene, Sister Rita Duggan CSJ, Gerald Duggan and his wife Sandy, Mary Harback and her husband Ray, George Duggan and his wife Barbara and the late Caroline Fogarty, Edward Duggan and Patricia Cotch. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Daniel, Allison, Austin, Madison and Brooke. Great grandmother of Weston. Daughter of the late James and Anna (Kuon) Duggan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday morning June 21, 2023 from 10am -11:30am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday immediately following the visitation at 12 noon at St. Timothy Parish, Norwood, MA. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet 385 Watervliet Shaker Road Latham, New York 12110.
