Marguerite S. (Sheehan) Ladas

LADAS, MARGUERITE S. (Sheehan) a lifelong resident of Quincy passed away on August 16, 2018 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Paul A. Ladas. Devoted mother of Paul A. Ladas and his wife Deborah of Marshfield, James S. Ladas of CA and Marguerite L. Lee and her husband Gary of Norwood. Sister of Cornelius J. Sheehan and his wife Patricia of Milton and the late Joan Delahoyde. Cherished grandmother of Katherine Lee, Patricia Lee, Marguerite Lee and Mary Lee. Loving Aunt of Patricia Melford and her husband Gary of Bridgewater and their children Evan and Elise Melford. Daughter of the late Cornelius J. and Marguerite (Cronin) Sheehan. Marguerite was a graduate of Quincy High School and Quincy City Hospital School of Nursing. She was a retired RN for Quincy City Hospital and also worked as a substitute school nurse at the Quincy Public Schools. She was a former member of the South Shore Nurses Assoc. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Wednesday Aug. 22, 2018 at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass at 10:30am in St. Timothy's Parish Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday Aug. 21, 2018 from 4-8pm. At the request of the family burial will be at the Mass. National Cemetery Bourne, MA at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Children's Hospital, Pediatric Diabetes Program, 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115.
