Mary E. (Farrell) Brown

BROWN, MARY E. (Farrell) of Norwood passed away surrounded by her family on February 22, 2022 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of James E. Brown. Devoted mother of James E. Brown II and his wife Tracey and Kerri A. Brown of Norwood. Sister of Ann Farrell Wade of NY and the late Thomas and Jack Farrell. Cherished Mimi of 4 beautiful granddaughters, Caeleigh, Micaela, Quinlan and Caitlin. Daughter of the late Thomas F. and Elizabeth E. (McKenna) Farrell. Also survived by many wonderful in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and very dear friends. Mary was a retired School Teacher for the Town of Norwood teaching at the Cleveland School for many years. Mary was a proud Boston College graduate and continued the spirit of giving back, instilled by her parents and reinforced at BC. She was a member of the Ladies of Charity at St. John's Parish in Naples, FL. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass at 10:30am at St. Timothy Parish, Norwood, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Monday February 28, 2022 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham, MA.
