MELENDEZ, MARY ELLEN (Vest) of Pawtucket, RI, formerly of Norwood, passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 52. Devoted mother of Mark A. Tucker Jr. and his companion Erin MacLeod of Norton and Sharita N. Watkins of Pawtucket, RI. Sister of Charles A. Vest and his husband Daniel Denette of Boston, Theresa M. Goddard and her companion Jim Rempelakis of Norton and Deborah L. Grandy of NH. Cherished Aunt of Ariel C. Goddard and many other nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Charles F. and Rose M. (Belloni) Vest. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. Funeral will be at the Funeral Home on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood, MA. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery.
