Nancy Irene Wenstrom

WENSTROM, NANCY Irene a lifelong resident of Norwood passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Beloved daughter of the late Otis and Eva (Croteau) Wenstrom. Devoted and loving sister of Alice M. Wenstrom of Norwood and William E. and his wife Eleanor Wenstrom of Norwood. Cherished aunt of William Wenstrom Jr. of AL, Linda DeShiro and her husband John of N. Attleboro, James M. Wenstrom and his wife Nancy of Norwood, Kris O. Wenstrom and his wife Sarah of Norfolk and the late Kenneth P. Wenstrom and his surviving wife Debbie of Canton. Also survived by 9 grandnieces and grandnephews and 3 great grandnieces and great grandnephews. Nancy was a 1958 graduate of Norwood High School.
Nancy loved spending time with her extended family during holiday gatherings and family cookouts and dinners. Nancy and her sister Alice travelled extensively together, to all continents across the globe and enjoyed experiencing different histories and cultures. She especially enjoyed the many trips and escapades with her friends from the Wacky Women Wanderers.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 9-10:30am at the Kraw Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will follow the visitation at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
