McCREADY, PAUL T. a lifelong resident of Norwood passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Ellen Joanne (Cotter) McCready. Devoted father of Karen E. Goggin and her husband John of Walpole, Kathleen T. Reilly of Norwood, Thomas P. McCready and his wife Nicole of Norwood and James M. McCready and his wife Amanda of Tokyo, Japan. Brother of Patricia McCready of Plainville and the late Margaret Smith. Cherished grandfather of Colleen, Amanda, Keith, Maxwell, Christina, Aidan and John. Great grandfather of Genevieve and Seamus. Paul was a retired Lineman for the Norwood Light Dept. working there for many years. He was also a longtime member of the Norwood Elks and former member of the Franklin, Sharon and Walpole Country Clubs. Paul was a US Navy Veteran serving as an Aviation Electrician's Mate 3rd class. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Friday March 25, 2022 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 4-8pm. Burial will be private.
