Paula M. Golden-Gaffney “G”, of Norwood, MA, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025, with her family by her side. Paula was loving, outgoing, kindhearted, and strong — qualities she carried with her through every chapter of her life.
Paula was the beloved wife of Michael D. Gaffney. Devoted and loving mother of Michaela E. Ehrlich and her husband Jason Ehrlich of Douglas, Shannon Gaffney of Norwood, and Patrick Gaffney and his wife Lyndsay of North Attleboro. She was the cherished grandmother of Brynleigh, Rhett, Grady, and Lakelyn, who were the light of her life.
Born to Joan (Seekins) Golden McDermott and the late Paul A. Golden, Paula was the loving sister of Kevin Golden of Walpole, John Golden of Norton, William Golden of Plainville, and the late Timothy Golden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, all of whom she adored.
Paula worked for many years as a dedicated secretary, and after raising her own children, she lovingly helped raise three more families as a nanny. Her nurturing nature, generous heart, and infectious smile touched everyone she met and will be remembered always.
