Peter Lim

LIM, PETER of Westwood passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Margaret Ann Cahill-Lim and devoted father of Allison Lim and Hayley Lim. Brother of Heidi Low, Minta Lim, and David Lim. Brother-in-law of Michael Cahill, the late Mary Mahoney, Martin Cahill, John Cahill, James Cahill and their families. Son of the late Chung Tim Lim and King Mee (Yong) Lim. Peter is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Peter is a graduate of Cornell University, the University of Michigan, and Suffolk Law School and spent most of his career as a lawyer serving the Boston Chinatown community. Peter will be remembered for his caring, generous spirit. His love of his family was seconded only by his love of Boston sports teams.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home in Norwood, MA on Saturday February 8th at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
