CROSSEN, ROBERT J. Sr. of Norwood passed away on March 5, 2016 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Barbara E. (Cox) Crossen. Devoted father of Catherine A. Avellino and her husband Vincent of Braintree, Susan E. Pepin and her husband James of Norwood, Robert J. Crossen Jr. and his wife Margaret of Norwood and John F. Crossen and his wife Mary of Hull. Brother of John Crossen and his wife Barbara of Walpole, Paul Crossen and his wife Mary of FL and Cape Cod and the late May Hart. Cherished grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Son of the late John and Mary (Duggan) Crossen. Robert was a Past Grand Knight for the Norwood KofC #252. He was a retired Electrical Engineer for Boston Edison. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood Thursday March 10, 2016 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday March 9, 2016 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery with US Navy Honors.
