Robert "Hanny" W. Hamlin Jr.

HAMLIN, ROBERT "HANNY" W. Jr. of Fall River formerly of Norwood passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 64. Beloved son of Delores A. (Locke) Hamlin of Forestdale and the late Robert W. Hamlin Sr. Devoted father of Robert Ryan Hamlin and his wife Tara of Attleboro, Megan Elizabeth Lagasse and her husband Keith of Narragansett and Eric Michael Hamlin of Norwood. Brother of Deborah Grey and her husband Robert of W. Bridgewater and Diane Hamlin of Forestdale. Cherished grandfather of Jaxson and Avery Lagasse, and Aiden Hamlin. Loving uncle to Derek Hamlin, Jennifer Grey, Brittany Casey, and Brooke Stampfl. Robert was a 1977 graduate of Norwood High School, all-star hockey player and avid New England sports fan. Robert was happiest when spending time with his friends and family. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 4-8pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., Norwood, MA 02062. All other services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Devereux MA and RI Programs and Services or to the Norwood Firefighters Relief Assoc., 135 Nahatan St., Norwood MA 02062.
