Shirley H. (Shepard) Santospago

SANTOSPAGO, SHIRLEY H. (Shepard) of Norwood passed away on March 1, 2016 at the age of 88. Devoted mother of Judith Garza and her husband Joe of MO, Michael Santospago and his wife Debi of SC, Paula Allen of Marion, Dianne M. Balfour and her late Husband Paul of Dedham, Deborah Shepard-Huttenun and her husband Malcolm Huttenun of Norwood and the late Peter and Richard Santospago. Mother in Law of Mary Santospago of Norwood. Sister of the late Frances Lewis. Cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Forrest and Ruby (Craft) Shepard. In Shirley's life her greatest joy was being a mother, devoted to her family and also had a strong devotion to her faith.  A funeral home service will be held on Tuesday March 8, 2016 12 noon at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday morning only from 10am-12noon. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute P.O. Box 849168 Boston, MA 02284-9168.
