Teresa C. (Picone) Desisto

DeSisto, Teresa C. (Picone) of Norwood passed away surrounded by her family on November 7, 2022 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Thomas S. DeSisto. Devoted mother of Thomas S. DeSisto Jr. and his wife Lisa of Groton, James V. DeSisto and his wife Maria of Westwood, Susan C. DeSisto of Norwood, Irene C. DeSisto of Norwood, Lisa A. McAvoy and her husband David of Walpole and the late Mary Boyle. Mother in Law of William Boyle of Norwood. Sister of Thelma Cataldo of Cranston, RI. Cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Vincenzo and Josephine (Dellaporta) Picone. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 10:30am at St. Timothy Parish 650 Nichols St. Norwood, MA 02062. At the request of the family burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to The Parkinson's Foundation 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 10305.
